Mufaro had two beautiful daughters. Nyasha was unselfish, considerate, and beautiful. Manyara was selfish, mean and inconsiderate. This story was very similar to Cinderella. I could actually feel the hatred that Manyara had for the world. Nyasha had very strong feeling as well. Through the actions that the girls took I could tell what kind of people they were. The plot was well developed. The sett gin was picture perfect by the descriptions and the pictures in the book. This book teachers a very important lesson with a consistent them throughout the book. The pictures are illustrated using many different colors of paints.
